After your information is confirmed by your funeral director, you will receive a link via email that will connect you to our store. Once logged in, you will customize the Almorial and complete your order.
If you would prefer to have help with this process, we also have Memory Guides that can help explain the product, the options and help finalize your order.
The Almorial is $1,795, which includes shipping within the continental United States. This price reflects the custom craftsmanship, high-quality hardwoods, and the individual finishing that goes into every memorial.
Not at all. Once a scan is taken, we store it securely and permanently, for free. There’s no pressure and absolutely no obligation to place an order. You can choose to order right away, wait until you’re emotionally ready, or not order at all. Your loved one’s scan will be there whenever, and if ever, you decide.

Relief is a carving that creates the hand from the wood.
Impression is a carving that looks like your loved one pressed their hand into the wood.

Our current turnaround time is about 4 to 6 weeks from the moment your order is placed. Each Almorial is carefully crafted by hand, so this timeframe allows us to give every piece the attention it deserves.

Every Almorial is made start-to-finish in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Each piece is shaped, refined, and finished by hand, allowing us to make sure the final memorial receives the care, respect, and quality it deserves.
Yes. Let your funeral home know that you want your loved one’s hands scanned and stored. They can partner with us right away. You’re also welcome to reach out to us directly through the website, by phone at 303-747-4188, or at help@theimpressionvault.com, and we’ll contact the funeral home on your behalf to begin the partnership process.

No. All you need is a modern Apple or Android phone. Our free mobile app is available on the Apple App Store and Android's Play Store.
There’s no special hardware, no hidden purchases, and no extra equipment for directors or the funeral home. You do, however, need to be a Partner to access the features of the mobile App.
We provide you with Almorial samples, brochures, and continued training at no cost.
